SD RHT — Statewide Maternal Health Access and Services Assessment (26RFP-26-09RHT-013)

26RFP-26-09RHT-013 funds an assessment of South Dakota's maternal health landscape — identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities across the prenatal and postpartum care continuum. The assessment findings will inform how SDDOH structures the Regional Maternal and Infant Health Hubs initiative ($24M, 5-year). This is an assessment/research vendor contract, not a direct service delivery grant.

Organizations qualified to apply include healthcare assessment and research organizations, public health research firms, maternal health consultancies, academic research teams with maternal health expertise, and organizations with established data access and tribal community research relationships (given South Dakota's large tribal maternal health disparate population).
